We Regulation of blood sugar, a complex homeostatic process, is dependent on the presence of insulin. Insulin is a hormone produced in specialized cells in the pancreas, called the Islets of Langerhans. The insulin Is absorbed into the blood stream, which carries to it to the rest of the body.
Insufficient levels of insulin cause blood glucose levels to rise, especially after a meal. Without insulin, body organs are unable to extract glucose from the blood and begin to rely on alternate sources of energy, especially certain fats.
This blend is loaded with “Inulins” which are natures insulin that will assist with regulating the blood sugar such as dandelion and burdock. The blend also contains Astragalus which induces DNA synthesis in the liver and builds up cell structures while strengthening cell processes.
